It's a beautiful afternoon and I am struggling with my Obama presentation. I imagine I have another three to four hours at least to get it together, but it is starting to gel. My creative process is a bit of a mess - gathering information, arranging and re-arranging, and a lot of procrastination. Is there anyone out there who knows how to embed a video (not YouTube) in a PowerPoint? I think I am getting there, but I am stuck - I can't get it to play (I have been playing with the parameters). Here is the info I copied from the site (where it says "embed"):
object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://widgets.nbc.com/o/4727a250e66f9723/4a33f9829b3f40ca/4741e3c5156499a7/da15c51/-cpid/87808604619d465f" id="W4727a250e66f97234a33f9829b3f40ca" width="384" height="283">/object
(I had to take out some of the HTML tags; otherwise I got an image of the movie which didn't play.)
If this isn't gobbledegook to you, maybe you can help me.
Meanwhile, I am feeling a little like Darryl Hannah in the movie "Splash" - she was a mermaid who needed to be in the water; I'd really like to go for a swim today - preferably outdoors.
